not all lemon’s are bad..

Especially when its used in a recipe! 🙂   We got to sample this at the store, I don’t usually like the taste of lemons in my recipes but this one is excellent!  Try it you might like it.

Lemon Dijon Chicken

Ingredients: 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/4 fresh lime juice

1/2 fresh lemon juice

4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Creole-style seasoning, to taste

1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Pour olive oil in medium size skillet and add chicken.

Mix lime and lemon juice, and stir in mustard, pepper, and Creole seasoning.  Add mixture to skillet.

Cook, turning chicken occasionally, until the chicken pieces are done, about 12 – 15 minutes.
